A true copy of your Corporate "Articles of Amendments" is required to fulfill this order.

The "Articles of Amendments" is the document that your corporation filed with the Province of Ontario when it changed it's name. Your corporate lawyer that effected the name change will have a copy.

If you are an agent that has changed brokerages: The corporate version of easyOFFER is not transferable. You may order your own personal version which will move with you when you change brokerages.

Company name changes can only be processed for the current (2012) version. If you have an older version, you will need to order the easyOFFER 2012 update as well.
