NOTE: The word "Brokerage" is NOT part of your company name (as registered under the "Business Names Act") and is NOT to appear as part of your company name on contracts, cheques, etc.

The word "Brokerage" is only to be used in conjunction with your company name in advertising to the public to identify the entity as a real estate brokerage.

A true copy of your Corporate "Articles of Amendments" is required to fulfill this order.

Fax a copy to 905-456-2544 together with a printed copy of this completed order page.

The "Articles of Amendments" is the document that your corporation filed with the Province of Ontario when it changed it's name. Your corporate lawyer that effected the name change will have a copy.

If you are an agent that has changed brokerages:  The corporate version of easyOFFER is not transferable. You may order your own personal version which will move with you when you change brokerages.

Company name changes can only be processed for the current (2010-A) version.  If you have an older version, you will need to order the easyOFFER 2010-A update as well.

To pay by cheque: simply fill out and print the order form (landscape) and mail the order form  together with your cheque.  Your order will be processed once we receive your cheque.
